  • We understand that every business is different and some will naturally perform better on the digital stage than others. Not every industry or every company is as compelling to a mass audience as others might be. It’s our job to find the best strategy to maximize our marketing efforts moving forward.
  • Our team refrains from engaging in community management or any customer service related duties. Our main focus is creating high quality content and strategies. Plus, nobody knows your customers better than you do.
  • Trial Week: During your trial week, we will spend the first 2-3 days getting acquainted with you and your business. It’s important to us that we feel we have a well-established understanding of your business and what makes it unique before we begin creating the content that will represent it. A few other things to expect during your trial week are a one hour introductory call, watermarked content for week 2, and a brief summary report detailing the week and how we see the path forward with your business.
  • Member Portal: Your member portal is your gateway to managing your membership, plans, billing, and everything in between. Upon registering for your trial week, you will be asked to create a user name and password. Once your registration is submitted you will be automatically redirected to login to your member portal. Keep in mind, you will receive a welcome email from your designated social media specialist within 24 hours of signing up, so keep an eye out for us!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Refunds are considered within 24 hours of start of a new billing week for a 50% refund. Keep in mind we are often days, if not a whole week, ahead of schedule when it comes to content curation and post scheduling. Meaning, we’ve probably already created the photos, videos, and strategies for your business for that week. After 24 hours of being billed, we do not consider refunds for that week. We do suggest pausing or cancelling your subscription until you are sure how you wish to proceed.
     
  • Content Creation: Our Saver and Starter plans include photo and video assets that are created using pre-existing archival and stock imagery. We do accept photo and video files from our members who want to promote a specific product or service and are able to capture the assets themselves. However, keep in mind that image quality is extremely important in the content we create so please ensure all photos and videos are well-lit, free of glares, blurs or streaks.
     
  • Help & Support: Each plan includes a level of support based on whichever plan itself. Lower-level plans require less support therefore are prioritized as such in the event our team is backed-up or facing several support calls simultaneously. Email is always the safest form of communication with support and is included in all plans. Urgent support by phone is included in the Standard and Seller plans.
